All of our goods are delivered during business hours, Monday - Friday. Please take note we don’t ship on weekends or on public holidays. In the case of public holidays your item will be shipped on the next following business day which will incur in a slight delay. If Australia Post experiences delays due to unforeseeable circumstances such as weather, strikes ect these delays are out of our and their control.

What are the sizes like?
We strive to make our garments run true to size. However, there can be occasions where a product is produced in a bigger or smaller make, in which case we would state this in the product description section. Also, we appreciate customer feedback! If you find there is a style that didn’t run true to your size, we’d love to hear from you.

How do I use my store credit?
Your store credit is issued at the time of an exchange. You will receive a store credit code through email, all you have to do is enter this code at the time of purchasing a new item in checkout. This will deduct the amount of your overall order price.
How do I use my Gift Voucher?
Your Gift Voucher comes with a coupon code that you need to enter in the checkout stage. Once you have entered it, the Gift Voucher amount will be deducted from your overall purchase price.
