What do I do if the item I want is sold out?

Email us at hello@1lyf.com.au with the name of the item and size that you are interested in. We will be able to let you know if we are receiving more of this item.  If we are, we can place you on a list to be notified when the item comes back in stock.

If i order something today, when will i receive it?

If you live in a metro area in Australia you will receive your item in 2-7 business days once the item is dispatched. In most cases orders are dispatched with in 1 business days.

How do i know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number of the parcel :)

Is there a store where i can try things on?

We are online only. If you had any questions regarding our products (sizing, material, etc) please email us at hello@1lyf.com.au and our friendly team will help you out :)

What are the sizes like?

We strive to make our garments run true to size. However, there can be occasions where a product is produced in a bigger or smaller make, in which case we would state this in the product description section. Also, we appreciate customer feedback! If you find there is a style that didn’t run true to your size, we’d love to hear from you.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No you do not have to make an account but it does make things quicker the next time you purchase with us.

What payment methods does 1LYF. accept?

1LYF. accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Paypal.

I made a mistake on my shipping address, what do I do?

If you have made a mistake typing your shipping address or name please contact us at hello@1lyf.com.au as soon as you realise.  We will do our best to have this fixed for you before your item is posted.

 

How can I track my order?

To track your order, all you have to do is click on the 'track my order' tab on the footer of the page or you can click here.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your item is on its way.  You are able to track your item using the following link: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

 How do I use my store credit?

Your store credit is issued at the time of an exchange.  You will receive a store credit code through email, all you have to do is enter this code at the time of purchasing a new item in checkout. This will deduct the amount of your overall order price. 

How do I use my Gift Voucher?

Your Gift Voucher comes with a coupon code that you need to enter in the checkout stage. Once you have entered it, the Gift Voucher amount will be deducted from your overall purchase price.
